Fix bug where an existing GameCenter session at application start was considered enough to assume there was connectivity to GameCenter - now the status of Internet connectivity is also verified.

Tweaked game difficulty - it was boringly easy. The initial angle of the disc is now limited to 45 degrees (before it was 30 and on 15 on the first rally). The maximum velocity of the disc has been slightly increased as well as its initial velocity. To compensate for the extra speeds and angles, the pads heights have been slightly increased.
