I drove my daughter to catch the first train to allow to get to (she’s a nurse) Great Ormond Street which the App conveyed would arrive at Rickmansworth for 6.47am. I arrived snd dropped her off. I then received a text from her saying that the train will be arriving 7.15am. Surely the App as a communication tool should be accurate otherwise it adds no value?
