### 4/5 — Found the Elizabeth Line 👍

*2024-05-01, version 7.3.6*

Elizabeth Line added.

### 3/5 — Planning a waste?

*2022-08-15, version 6.0.1*

I consulted the planned route to see what time the Trains run from Rickmansworth to Russell Square for a Sunday morn. I drove my daughter to catch the first train to allow to get to (she’s a nurse) Great Ormond Street which the App conveyed would arrive at Rickmansworth for 6.47am. I arrived snd dropped her off. I then received a text from her saying that the train will be arriving 7.15am. Surely the App as a communication tool should be accurate otherwise it adds no value? She was late and had to explain the reason,

### 2/5 — No line status notifications

*2022-02-08, version 5.12.4*

If you use a VPN the app doesn’t remember any lines you’ve selected to get notifications for.

### 4/5 — Great but

*2021-09-16, version 5.11.0*

Love this app but two new stations opened last Monday and map not yet updated! Sort this quickly and you go back to 5*

### 2/5 — Map

*2020-10-05, version 5.9.1*

On iPad it no longer works in landscape - it used to but was blocked, not sure why.

### 2/5 — No landscape view on iPad!

*2020-04-03, version 5.9.1*

Since the last update, I can no longer rotate to landscape view on the iPad, which I find highly frustrating. Please rectify ASAP.

### 2/5 — A bit disappointing

*2019-05-17, version 5.8.8*

Just bought pro version and tried to set up alerts
Enabled notifications but still won’t work!

Expensive for something not working

And customer support is way too slow

### 3/5 — Great Northern is missing from the map

*2019-03-21, version 5.8.5*

Do you have any plans to add all rail services within London to your app? It is great, but I want to go to Crews Hill (served by Great Northern from Finsbury Park and other London stations) and the app tells me to walk 75 minutes from Enfield Town! :-(

### 3/5 — Oyster card balance now has link

*2019-03-04, version 5.8.4*

Oyster card balance is a pain having to sign in every time
Please can we have the old method again ?
Or remember sign in details

### 2/5 — Not that good

*2018-08-22, version 5.7.1*

To be honest I’ve never really liked this app that much !! There are better ones on the App Store

### 2/5 — Expensive for what it is.

*2018-06-27, version 5.7.1*

Doesn’t give you the last stop, so if your not careful or are in a rush, you could get on the wrong train. For example Highbury & Islington to Brockley you’ve got a 1 in 4 chance of getting on the right train (not counting trains going in the wrong direction).

### 3/5 — Notification preferences being ignored

*2018-06-13, version 5.7.1*

I have only one line (District) as a favourite, however I receive notifications for the Overground line as well.

### 2/5 — Now very slow

*2018-06-11, version 5.7.1*

Used to be able to check train times and route plans on the go. Loved the app. Recently it has become slow and unresponsive. Other apps are faster.

### 4/5 — Excellent but needs a tweak!

*2018-01-01, version 5.6.7*

Love the app, but it would be excellent if the user could set a home tube station so that the first thing the user sees on opening the app is the departure board for their chosen station. This would be a great help with the morning commute!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Really stupid now

*2023-11-04*

Used to be useful! Now some freakin idiot changed it so it only shows what’s available NOW so if I’m trying to plan tomorrows trip I CANT because the bakerloo isn’t running at night DUH!!! Cannot find any way to turn this stupid stupid feature off!!! How insanely STUPID to force me to search NOW vice WHEN I WANT TO USE THE TUBE…total morons to change this!!!! Has become USELESS TO ME!!!

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2020-10-27, version 5.9.1*

This app used to display the map on iPad in landscape mode. Now it’s only portrait. It’s not fully useable. A serious downgrading of capability and user friendliness.

### 1/5 — Loss of landscape

*2020-04-07, version 5.9.1*

Unable to use landscape on iPad since last update. Please fix

### 1/5 — Keeps crashing

*2019-10-30, version 5.8.9*

Needs an update

### 1/5 — Was Great

*2018-07-01, version 5.7.1*

This was a great app but it seems to haven’t recently lost quiet a major feature when planning a route it longer display wether the line you need is north south east or west.

### 1/5 — New update is awful and a cheat

*2018-02-17, version 5.6.9*

Animations are slow. Full of adverts for their other apps even though we’ve paid for the full version. So much screen space wasted between lines on the journey planner. I feel cheated after paying for the ad free version.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work after update

*2018-02-14, version 5.6.8*

Have installed latest update and app no longer loads, just a blank screen.

### 1/5 — Wast of money

*2017-12-22*

Not user friendly at all
Not helpful
Not updated
Hangs a lot
Freezing
Totally stay away not worth what i paid for .
A Scam is more likely to name it

### 1/5 — Inaccurate

*2017-07-05, version 5.5.7*

Status boards not reflecting What trains are running. App is waste of time.

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2017-03-02, version 5.5.7*

No stars at all. £9.99? Really? No. Not worth it.

I'm on the actual platform that I need information about and it wasn't even listed!!

The app is useless to me. When you use the actual tube map, why can't you see where you are from the second map showing the train lines with the sonar type location instead of having to complicate matters and you have to go to the third tab where you see the train moving? Who thought that was a good idea?

Oh, and if you move away from the map to another application, when you go back to it your location goes right off the map in to an abyss and then, eventually, comes back with the blue circle so you can see where you are. Confusing and ill thought out.

Needs an overhaul and actually make it intuitive. Or concentrate on making apps for the Barcelona trains and other lines and then leave this one alone or can it altogether. Thought this app would be different, so I'd like a refund please.
