It has everything I need in one place and makes it much easier to manage clients, appointments, and daily tasks. I especially like how organized and convenient everything is. The order setup is very well thought out. Inside an order, there are appointment statuses, and inside the order there are statuses for the work itself—two independent statuses. There’s also a chat where you can message your team. There’s telephony too. Basically, this app has replaced any messenger, any telephony, any system for me—all in one place.
