### 2/5 — Water leak at Pinecrest Park.

*2026-05-02, version 6.2.1*

A dog faucet is leaking, evidenced by a steady flow of water saturating the area where children play. It is Friday night and the water department says it is a nonemergency. Really? By tomorrow I wonder how much potable water will be lost. I read that Arizona’s access to Colorado River is being curtailed. Our underground reservoirs, with less water in them, could lead to soil subsidence and potential cracks to buildings located above the reservoirs. I will walk my dog to the park over the weekend to monitor the Parks Department “nonemergency” response. Thank you.

### 1/5 — Good idea, very poor implementation

*2026-01-23, version 6.2.1*

You want citizen input? I don’t think you do. Why require an account to report issues needing your attention. Immediately removed app.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t seem to do what it’s supposed to

*2025-07-10, version 6.2.1*

I submitted a junk vehicle and the complaint was closed immediately and was told to go to the city website for clarification of the closing, I couldn’t find my complaint. No resolution. I submitted a second time, let’s see how this goes.

### 1/5 — Ridiculously ineffective

*2025-07-02, version 6.2.1*

This app does not work, AT ALL. Ridiculous that anyone paid for this app to be developed, much less expecting citizens to use this to effect change. Waste of taxpayer funds. 0/10 do not recommend.

### 1/5 — Bad

*2025-06-19, version 6.2.1*

Homepage it’s nothing in it. It’s a complete blank. It’s literally push a button and figure it out

You’re redirected to multiple pages where they demand all your personal information and if you read terms of services, it says they can sell everything and you have no legal recourse

### 5/5 — Tucson

*2024-12-27, version 5.17.0*

Thank you for taking care of our city.

### 5/5 — Dire work Needed

*2024-12-02, version 5.17.0*

We have requested some dire work needed at this location to enter our small neighborhood for many months and no repair has been started at all to get this fixed!! You keep
Closing this as completed Why do we as taxpayers get denied for a small piece of road that is falling apart and is getting dangerous to slow down off of Tanque Verde to enter our residences???

### 5/5 — It’s about time!

*2024-09-14, version 5.17.0*

A great way to get things
Reported and
Done
In
Our great city. Thank
You Tucson
