I had a serious situation involving fraud. My bank account was wiped out. TFCU handled this effectively and professionally. The TFCU team was able to recover the funds in less than 48 hours. They made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. In regards to obtaining my loan TFCU answered my questions thoroughly which helped me to understand all the details of the loan.I must say I had a great experience.I am very happy driving my CLS55AMG. If you want excellent service from a bank that cares about you I highly recommend Tucson Federal Credit Union. Now the app won’t work and tells me “turn your phone to complete deposit” but no matter what I do it won’t work. Any new phone won’t work with this and I think it’s the update (app update) that is messing with it. It seems to be very behind and not up to date and speed with everything else. I rarely ever give bad reviews but this Bank has truly been nothing but a headache for me. One thing I really didn’t like, that’s important to anyone saving money is that they would use my savings to cover chargers. No way to stop that. So stopped using this bank for savings. My issue is a few weeks ago I got a NSF for a pending transaction that never completed till funds were in the account. Chat and agent fixes it and tells me that. My main draw to this place was that any charge that would put me negative would be auto denied. Come to today… I’m charged 3, not 1, but 3 NSFs. All for one pending transaction that cleared when my check deposited. Go to chat and the agent tells me to spell sun in Spanish and that he isn’t reversing anything. Escalated but apparently they have no supervisors on staff. So yeah, with that, after 5 years of being a customer of TFCU I am out. After 2 recent experiences I’ve decided to move my accounts to another credit union. 1. Nearly impossible to get through to a human on the phone. 2. Nice and streamlined. Now it’s click, click, click, go back, click again. Bummer. ### 2/5 — Won’t fix issues *2023-05-08* Notifications come in super late. No ATMs in other states. They won’t fix my issue with my Zelle no matter what. Overall it’s an okay credit Union but could be much better. They now have option to get kids a debit card which is a plus! ### 2/5 — App quit working about two weeks ago *2019-11-09, version 6.1.2.32* App just doesn’t work anymore. Every time I try to open it I get an error message and says to try back later. Been going on for about two weeks now. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but did nothing to help it. Used to be great now very frustrating.
