Very generic app. ### 2/5 — Please fix all these glitches *2022-09-16, version 1.2.0* I have been using this app for a while now. I’m starting to think I shouldn’t because I miss you often including today. Friday, September 16, 2022 decided to log me out and not let me login saying oops there is an error whenever I try to login to either the webpage or this app. In the past when I had problems with this before, I contacted Tufts tech and was told to delete app reinstall and change passwords. I did this again today and nothing happened. Looks like there have been many similar issues in “recent” comments. ### 1/5 — After 10 minutes still can’t set up *2021-12-14, version 1.1.9* I’m a tech savvy person and after spending 10 minutes just setting things up I can’t get past the screen after being asked to set up a pin. The app just hangs and there’s no way to move forward. It says invalid password. Okay. Go through the steps to verify my email and it says my email. Great. Type it in and it says unregistered email. Oh and every time I click an action the error “Please wait sometime before trying again” shows it was written in a third world country. This is the worst app ever. I hope I never have to use the actual health care. I’ll probably end up dead. More than half the time I try to access the app an error message appears that just says “try again in some time”. But there is no other version. I went in the computer and updated password and delete and reinstalled app in my phone. Even restarted my phone. Still nothing. There is constantly “Error. Please try again after sometime.” Since this is the constant result I’m seeing and the “Error” message is even grammatically incorrect, it tells me corners are cut in this side of the business. As the world moves to more being available digitally, I suggest fixing the bugs that prevent your users from even logging into or resetting a password on. ### 1/5 — Never been able to log in *2022-10-15, version 1.2.0* I’ve only been a member of Tufts since august and both my husband and I have never been able to log into the app OR on a desktop to view any of our insurance benefits. Extremely frustrating when you would like to view your claims but you can’t. Why have an app if it doesn’t work? I’ve deleted and downloaded the app a million times. I thought that this might be useful to store ID cards especially I saw ID CARDS in the picture. I thought that I would be able to add more than one I was going to use it to put my insurance card and each of my 3 boys insurance cards instead of carrying them around all the time. So what to my surprise when I did all I could to try to add more than one and there’s no way at all to add more than one card. I’m not sure why there’s an S there because you can’t have ID cards you can only have an ID card. 😠 ### 2/5 — No Apple Wallet support *2023-01-05, version 2.0.0* I can access the card inside the app, if I have internet connect.
