I was given a few weeks to book a holiday and use the points I had built up over the years, or loose them all. Recently the app has started to sign me out every two days meaning I’ve got to put in my username and password again and again. The app is now unusable. It’s also been very slow recently. Again, when it worked the app was very good. Have to use the desktop site for the moment. ### 2/5 — Customer service *2019-11-30* I’ve wrote several emails regarding a situation on my account but it’s took about a month now and still not sorted. Every single detail has to be entered and the process is much more prolonged than other banking apps. I can see that you're on the latest version, so I'm not too sure why this option is not showing for you, so I do apologise about this. Normally, once you've made a successful payment, the app should give you an option to save your debit card details.
