This app works with tui.be, tui.fr and tui.ma. Poor listing. When checking in you are redirected to a web page where you need your reservation number, which is impossible to retrieve from the app but you will have to copy from your email. The app should just pass this number to the website, not hard to do at all. After this, download links for the mobile tickets do not work. Again I have to open my email to get the tickets. As for my booking, I cannot even open it on the app or on the website as I get errors. You might say the criticism is about the website, and not the app but the two are so interconnected that you cannot really separate them. Today I will fly with TUI for the first time; I hear their service is good and we will see. No imprimé avec mail d exo formation reçu que je lui ai présenté. Hotesse de mauvaise volonté, N+1 catastrophique avec attitude inadaptée. Voilà plus d un an que je demande mon remboursement: difficilement joignables, mails qu’il me donnent pour les réclamations reviennent en erreur systematiquement. Le dernier on peut avoir un problème avec Inter ou avec notre portable et on est dans l’incertitude. Ensuite on part et de même pour le retour.
