Dies ist unser 4ter Urlaub im TUI MAGIC Jacaranda. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Mustafa und Team für die perfekte Bewirtung und Freundlichkeit. Schon lange nicht mehr so schnell und mit soo viel Freundlichkeit empfangen und bewirtet worden. Die Anlage ist wunderschön renoviert worden. Es war alles perfekt, die Küche ein Traum. Auch ein dickes Dankeschön an das Entertainment-Team-, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit Euch!! Auch Essen grds. gut aber: sehr Sparsam ist die Auswahl an frischem Obst (Dosenpfirsiche und Dosenananas sind kein Ersatz). Unterbesetzt oder zT überfordert ist der Service mit Getränken - Und immer noch megaschlecht ist WLan, besonders auf dem Zimmer (hier Block 12) - hier braucht es dringend Investitionen in Router und/oder Verstärker ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-11-09* Downloaded the app for upcoming holiday but it won’t let me add my TUI booking, really frustrating as without this the app is useless to me. **Developer response:** Hello karen and jeff, apologies for the trouble. Due to technical issues, adding bookings is sometimes not possible. However, to use the app in the club for bookings, you only need a customer account. Lage zum Strand ist unschlagbar und die Angebote Wasserski Banane oder bootstouren mit Klippen springen einfach Top ! Essen egal ob früh oder abends super ! ### 3/5 — Anlage schön, Atmosphäre in den Restaurants leider wie in einer Kantine *2025-10-17* Die Anlage ist ganz schön gelegen, der Pool und die Zimmer sind schön. Leider herrscht in den Restaurants eine Atmosphäre wie in eine Kantine. Es ist furchtbar laut - das liegt u.a. an der lieblosen Einrichtung. Es gibt nur Fliesen, keine nette Deko, Stoff oder schönes Licht. Das Personal räumt dazwischen in absoluter Lautstärke Geschirr hin und her. Hier denkt keiner an die Gäste, die sich eventuell noch unterhalten wollen. Alles ist absolut steril, wie in einem Fluhafenterminal. In den Spezialitäten Restaurants ist es etwas netter - nettere Deko, aber hektisches Personal, das so laut Geschirr hin und her räumt, das eine Unterhaltung unmöglich ist. Das Essen ist gut und vielfältig, aber Spass macht es in dem Umfeld leider nicht. Fragt man die Kellner, ob es auch etwas leiser geht, kommt die Antwort „Sorry,that is only Magic Life!“. Diese Aussage ist sehr traurig, da hier mehr drin wäre! ### 5/5 — Sehr schöner Urlaub auf Rhodos! *2025-10-14, version 4.9.12* Das Essen war gut und sehr lecker die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und die Hotelanlage sehr sauber. Bei den individuellen Buchungen ist es aber nicht möglich diese wieder zurückzuziehen, wenn man verhindert ist. Damit nimmt man anderen Gästen ggf. die Möglichkeit an Kursen teilzunehmen. ### 5/5 — Kinder Animateurinnen, Clown Fiko *2025-10-04, version 4.9.12* (TUI magic life masmavi) Ich möchte ein großes Lob an die Kinder Animateurinnen: Steffi, Aleyna und Arife aussprechen. Sie sind so ein tolles Team und machen ihren Job mit so viel Spaß und Liebe. Einfach nur wow. TUI ihr könnt wirklich stolz und froh sein solche Kollegen im Team zu haben. Tolle Arbeit Mädels, weiter so. Außerdem haben wir noch nie so einen tollen Clown wie Fiko gesehen. Die Show und er als Clown unvergesslich und jede Sekunde war so wunderschön sowohl für die Kinder als auch die Eltern. Fiko du bist wirklich der beste Clown auf der ganzen Welt. Die meisten Kellner sind sehr zuvorkommend vor allem Adem Oguz und Adem Kaplan:). Diese 2 Herren sind immer da und kümmern sich so liebevoll um die Gäste. Sie merken sich, was man trinkt und bringen es ohne zu fragen direkt an den Tisch. Vielen Dank, dass ihr unseren Urlaub so versüßt habt. Sehr nette Guest Service Mitarbeiter Mali. I left a review saying this last year, still the same. I just tried opening it in iPad, all I get is a list of resorts I can book. I’m in a resort already, looking for info.
