TUI app is absolutely terrible. They force customers to use it to access reservation details, but the app simply does not work when you actually need it. Constant issues, crashes, and loading problems - especially during travel when access to booking information is critical. Very frustrating experience and completely unacceptable for a travel company.

Tui używa dynamicznego ustawiania cen i to do tego stopnia, że wystarczy trochę poklikać, a ceny idą do góry. Polecam skorzystać z portali do wyszukiwania np. w Niemczech albo UK, gdzie cena za to samo potrafi być o połowę niższą.

Nowa wersja aplikacji pozostawia wiele do życzenia i w obecnym stanie znacząco pogarsza komfort korzystania. Najważniejsze problemy:
- Aplikacja często się zawiesza, co utrudnia przeglądanie ofert i dokonywanie rezerwacji.
- Oferty zapisane w sekcji „ulubione” nadal wyświetlają się na liście mimo że są niedostępne lub wyprzedane — zamiast tego nie pobierają cen, co wprowadza w błąd.
- Brakuje komunikatów o zmianach cen przy wyświetlaniu ofert. Była to bardzo przydatna funkcja w poprzednich wersjach aplikacji.
- W opisach pokoi nie ma informacji o typie widoku z pokoju (np. ogród, basen, morze). W niektórych ofertach pokój został podpisany jak ten z widokiem na morze, ale w pozostałych brakuje tych informacji.
