Blader door ons vakantieaanbod
Onze lijst met bestemmingen varieert van Griekenland tot Grenada en van Ibiza tot IJsland. Bovendien hebben we een enorme collectie hotels. Ten eerste zijn er TUI BLUE For Two-hotels – deze hotels zijn alleen voor volwassenen en ontworpen om te ontspannen. En dan zijn er nog onze TUI BLUE Sensatori resorts, die uitermate luxe zijn. Verwacht daarnaast een groot aantal gezinsvriendelijke faciliteiten in de hotels binnen onze TUI BLUE For Families-collectie.

Voeg je boeking toe
Het toevoegen van jouw boeking aan de TUI reisapp is eenvoudig: zorg ervoor dat je jouw boekingsreferentienummer, de achternaam van de hoofdpassagier en jouw vertrekdatum bij de hand hebt.

Aftellen tot de vakantie
Tel de dagen af tot jouw reis met de holiday countdown – of deel het op jouw sociale media. En je hebt ook een handige weersvoorspellingsfunctie.

Vakantie extra's
Je kunt je vlucht upgraden in de TUI-app met Premium Seating en Select Your Seat. Of maak het extra speciaal en pre-order champagne en chocolaatjes. 

Checklist voor het reizen
Zorg ervoor dat je klaar bent om te vertrekken met onze reischecklist - van het toevoegen van passagiersgegevens tot het boeken van een luchthavenlounge. Bovendien zorgt een handige paklijst ervoor dat je niets achterlaat.

Digitale instapkaarten
Nadat je bent ingecheckt, download je jouw instapkaarten en sla je ze op via je telefoon. Ze zijn beschikbaar voor de meeste van onze vluchten. Of bekijk ons menu voor eten en drinken aan boord voordat je vertrekt.

Neem contact op met ons 24/7 team
Het TUI Experience Center is via de chatfunctie van de app altijd te bereiken. Het team is de klok rond, zeven dagen per week, 365 dagen per jaar beschikbaar. 

Boek TUI Experiences
Via de app boek je eenvoudig de TUI Experiences vanuit de palm van jouw hand - alle reizen die voor jou beschikbaar zijn, worden in de app geladen. Selecteer jouw TUI Experience in de lijst met beschikbare data en tijden en raadpleeg alle noodzakelijke informatie. Zodra je jouw reis hebt bevestigd en betaald, worden je tickets in de app weergegeven en ook naar je gemaild.

Informatie overzetten
Zodra je op jouw bestemming bent geland, is het mogelijk om je bus te volgen en uit te zoeken waar deze geparkeerd staat. En wanneer het tijd is om terug te keren naar het Nederland, ontvang je een bericht met alle details van je retourtransfer.

De meeste van onze vakanties zijn beschikbaar in de app, maar er zijn enkele gevallen waarin je jouw boeking niet kunt toevoegen, dit zijn:

We live in the a Netherlands among many other expats and really enjoy travelling with TUI. However, we are unable to use the app and read messages as everything comes through in Dutch. It would be great to have the app also in English version.

Niet mogelijk om boekingsnummer toe te voegen. Ondanks uitgebreide email dat je deze app moet downloaden komt er daarna een melding: we weten dat het niet werkt. Stop dan de emails en haal optie uit app.

Our first time to Tenerife, also first time with TUI
Flight here was a bit chaos dropping off at grand Canaria , but to be expected at this time of year  ,the apartment and complex was fabulous. Clean newly renovated, friendly staff great facilities so much so we booked again whilst we were here , love the place great holiday 😀
