## What is Tuiscint?

How we feel is a reflection of our environment and actions, but we have thousands of inputs every day, making it hard to suss out what matters from what doesn't. Tuiscint is where you log a quick note about what you're doing, what's happening around you, and how you feel. Score your day from 0 to 10, add a few words, drop a tag or two. It's designed to be as easy as possible.

Over time, it helps you discover things about yourself that would be far too complex to uncover on your own: which days tend to be brighter, what tends to weigh on you, and the things you do that you never thought made a difference. What triggers an unexpected change? Only you can uncover that.

Be honest in your entries. No one else has access to them. They are encrypted and stay on your own phone. Tuiscint puts your privacy first.

Once you have several entries, Tuiscint uses your Echo Window (in the settings) and your phone's built-in AI and a pattern-recognition algorithm to surface what it notices. What you do with that information is up to you.
