I talked to the players club and they admitted the app is horrendous. They suggested to use a kiosk on property. Everi needs to get it together. ### 1/5 — Not working *2022-05-25, version 1.0.1* For months this app has not been working!! It started saying I needed to update to receive notifications but wouldn’t let make any changes. Now it won’t even open. Just keeps crashing. Tried both connecting using my own wifi, neighbors wifi and cell data but no joy. I’d say either decrease the amount of resources needed before a user can log in or increase your timeout to account for sloppy code. Which erases my log-in information. When logging in the numbers from my players card doesn’t show and the PIN number doesn’t show and won’t login. Give this app a chance. *2020-09-13, version 1.0.0* Hi everyone! I rarely comment, but thought I would in this circumstance. First of about the app crashing - I have never experienced that. I am on the most current iPhone and OS is fully updated. Maybe the people who are reporting this have not updated their phone or have a bunch of other apps that are open and hogging all the OS resources . *shrug*. However, i am giving four stars due to my account information provided was not updated on several occasions. People put them on when they come in but have them off after they are in .. we need it to be mandatory they where a mask. They don’t endorse it enough.. and also they said machines were set apart well there not, close contact all the time by people with no masks.. we love this place but if this isn’t controlled better with all the new cases of covid afraid things will be closing again! OK that’s easy enough however, when I type in the box, my players card number no numbers appear at all and it’s not like it’s typing blank numbers or invisible numbers. Straight up, not typing anything however, it continues to move on down the word as if it’s typing the words out? Weird? It doesn’t matter because the info would be unreliable and minimal anyways? Also, I see people on here talking about how everybody should wear a mask inside blah blah blah machines far away from each other blah blah blah. Listen guys you need to get an immune system. Quit listening to everything Biden and ensly say “ I believe that’s incorrect spelling” don’t you think the president has messed up this country enough? Gas prices are ridiculous. The casino cards don’t work lol you could pay Insley for shutting down everything where he didn’t need to be anyways masks were never needed. It rarely shows all the promotions properly for each property. That’s pretty important if you want people to stay informed. Their websites are almost as bad. Players should be able to access whatever they’re looking for easily and have piece of mind that it’s all correct. Another thing that bugs me is that periodically all the old messages from my message center reappear in my inbox, so I have to delete them again.
