The prior software was much better! There is no way to check on what checks have cleared unless you go thru each day’s transactions. It’s 2024 and there is no way that this app works in the manner in which it does. I don’t even want to give it 1 star. This got much worse once they moved to this Tulee thing, lots of errors on the website too. Doesn’t show all transactions in real time, often delayed. After hours assistance is a joke. Transactions was now posting but the amount was taken out. Was a delay in the stream? Representative tried to cancel my card…..Do better. I’m unable to hold my iPad so it is in portrait mode and Farmers Credit Union Tulee only works in portrait mode. Such a pain every time I try to use it. The CEO needs to be immediately terminated as this app is only a small example of their huge incompetence. And where is Zelle?? Functionality is significantly reduced, it’s impossible to certain basic tasks. One example is I still can’t find out how to make a credit card payment from an outside account. Once you get used to where things are it’s great. However, I was unable to connect from my vacation spots in Japan.
