With Tulip LiveConnect, customers can communicate with retail stores in real-time through a simple and intuitive user interface alongside the Tulip Clienteling App.

Tulip’s LiveConnect solution is one of the first to support omnichannel messaging on the most popular social chat platforms, enabling retail store associates to expand communication beyond the one-to-one model.

By using Tulip LiveConnect:
- Retailers can further enhance their customer experience and capture incremental sales
- Associates can easily respond to customer inventory questions and share product information and photos through their in-store mobile devices
- Customers can chat directly with any store of their choosing through their preferred social chat channel
