The rewards app said I had the free pie option, but when I went to redeem the pie the app said, “Oh no” and TOOK my reward away. Also tried it on my free fries and it said and did the same thing. Then on top of that a server there seen all of this happen ( he was about to scan the reward), I showed him my phone so we could see for himself what the app said, he also tried to go through the process of scanning the reward, and when I didn’t work for either of my rewards and he seen the app just take them away he said, “ oh sorry guys” and left. Didn’t offer to comp the free pie or fries just walked away.
