I thought the app was bad before but at least the scanner worked. It feels predatory. Load money onto your account or sit in front of the washer for minutes on end trying and failing to scan a qr code.

So why did you change it? It was fine before. Did you have an intern make the app? The functionality of it is terrible. To get the ten percent coupon on, you have to a few options. Put your debit or credit card on the app. No thank you I’m good there. For you it’s easier, but we the people have no idea how secure your servers are. It would be foolish to put your card info on this app. Then then say ok scan the barcode. So I am looking for 3 minutes. There’s a tiny tiny pixelated one in the top right corner of the washing machine I wanted to start. Didn’t work. I’m shaking also because I feel embarrassed and anxious. If I hadn’t put soap in the machine I would’ve taken my clothes out and went down the street. Then after just fiddling with the app I see a barcode qr (also on the app it just says barcode- a QR code isn’t necessarily a barcode) pop up on the screen. But then it changes again to a different picture. So I have to sit there and wait for the dang QR code to pop back up. The app was fine before. When will companies learn to stop changing the dang apps. They are fine!!!!! You used to be able to type in “machine 24” then it would give you the discount. Seamless. I’m sure I’ll figure out how to work it seamlessly now- but how long until you change it again? Or until the machines require card on file? I’m over it dog. Please make it more simple.

The app support selection here just takes you to the website, nowhere does this app support link have anything about support, there’s definitely some lack of care if this thing is working or not. Like other reviews state. Trying to sign up results in waiting for a verification code email that never arrives.

### 3/5 — Not Intuitive While Activating Machines

Activating the machines with the app is a bit confusing and a small hassle. First, as with most laundromats, my location seems to be a cell phone dead zone so you have to sign in to the laundromat’s wifi. I would recommend doing that immediately on every visit. 

Then to activate the machines you have to interact with THREE touch screens in order:

1) app (cell phone)
2) payment panel
3) machine control panel 

Once you figure it out, it’s not terrible but I did not find it intuitive at all. To be fair, it IS possible that there are helpful instructions when you sign in to the app the first time. But I downloaded it and created my log in while I was waiting for the dryer on my first visit so I skipped the intro.

I do like the app features and layout in general.

I have been trying to get my password change for a week now and I haven’t been able to get pass the code they send me for reset it goes back to the Home Screen, this is frustrating because the app works great I save money However it’s become more frustrating to use. Please update and fix your app.

Nothing other to say than its just pure a**. I bet third world countries use it as torture, because I genuinely feel abused after using this app. How can someone set up a system where if you don’t use their app, you’re getting charged outrageous prices. Just to then make an app that doesn’t work. Sus

Couldn’t use money loaded on the application. The washer and dryer are not connected to the application. Don’t load any money on it. I had to ask for a refund.

I have to say I love this app and the 10% discount really does save after a while. However, the downside is that I have to uninstall and reinstall constantly because it keeps giving me error codes when I try to load money there’s been about four times now that I haven’t been able to load money and never got my discount because the app won’t work correctly.
