After sometime there were 6-7 autos in my parking. *2026-03-15* Worst app please don’t ever use it to book cabs or auto . When I was trying to book an error message popped up that try again when I pressed it several rides got booked through Namma yatri everyone were scolding me that I did the booking wantedly . Honestly felt very bad for those drivers who came from 2-3 km for pickup . This app has too many glitches worst app . In such situations, many bus conductors refuse to accept that the passenger has already purchased a valid pass on Tummoc and insist on buying a separate ticket, forcing commuters to pay additional fare even though they have already paid for the pass, leading to arguments and embarrassment in front of other passengers. This behaviour, where conductors create a scene and blame the commuter instead of recognising that the problem is technical and not the passenger’s fault, can significantly affect the mental health and peace of mind of daily travellers who depend on public transport. The issue becomes worse when there is no proper email confirmation or alternative proof of the purchased pass that can be quickly shown when the app is down, leaving passengers without any solid evidence despite having paid. Why the maintenance was not done before 6 am who is going to reimburse my commute fare which is going waste because of your negligence. Please fix the login requests from the user. Not able to login itself. Even if we have successfully logged in. Every time the conductor has to look at the pass and the validity date or scan it. I am suggesting a simple change to make this process simple for bus conductor and users - the background color of pass is white today. You can make it light green (entire page or part of the page) when the pass is active and not expired. When the pass expires, the entire page background can be changed to light red to indicate expiry. Visually, it will be very easy for conductors to see if the pass is still active.
