I have sync errors 24/7, it logged me out and will not let me log back in, and I cannot upload any files. Yes it’s connected to the RTD, and yes my internet is stable. It will let me log in on the HP tuners website, but the app won’t do anything when I log in. But I can say that HP Tuners have responded and are actively taking care of the issue. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear you are having troubles with the ap. In version 2.1.4 updates were included to alleviate crashing events reported by some users. If you can provide an Infolog for tech support (tools>help>gather Infolog for support) we can look further into this issue. If you can also provide details on the actions you were performing when the crash occurred that will be helpful as well. It’s unbelievable to me that HP Tuners forces me to use TDN to tune some car combos and it just doesn’t work more than half the time. On top of that they have the slowest support system ever, I opened a ticket 14 days ago and have gotten 2 replies, both asking for info I provided when I originally opened the ticket. Here’s the fix: open your Bluetooth settings and remove the tuner. Open TDN app. Set up new tuner in tools. Follow directions. It will then have you install new firmware. And boom! Done.
