And while making a password I used capitals, lowercases, numbers, and an underscore, and it was over eight characteristics long; Yet still it wouldn’t let me sign up. I couldn’t even see the list of symbols it wanted me to use because the keypad was covering the writing and I wasn’t able to ex out of the keyboard. And some network error pop up. What’s going on with this? If the APP don’t work, just take it down. If there are bug problems, fix them. It doesn’t seem like a hard thing to do, especially when money is involved, unless I’m getting what I pay for. Sondar it ain’t looking good … ### 1/5 — No way even 1 star *2023-06-10* Based on every reviews “Network error” (same as mine), and the way they made me feel same (not takin care of), don’t f w Tunecore anymore, except I’m still payed up for like another year lol. I went and grabbed a distrokid subscription that I actually use though. ### 1/5 — They take your money & forget about you *2023-04-09* Even paying top $ for premium, Tunecore will hold back your career and disconnect you from your fans by their lack of customer service or care for artists who aren’t already supper famous. First they put all my songs on wrong artist pages then took everything down and made me wait months to get redistribution because I corrected the artist page, this still doesn’t make since to me. It’s bee a year of going back and forth and one song is taking an extra 3 months to publish and I’ve written over a dozen unanswered emails including reaching out to them on social media. A friend of mine suggested that I chose a different distributor and now I wish I did. Also, non of my music is available on social media platforms and they only gave me links for Apple music. This company does not care about the artist at all. Stay away if you love your music and want to show up professionally for your fans. They deleted my comment. Terrible. Plus, Tunecore themselves have screwed up numerous times on my releases.
