## What is Tunelly?

Tunelly is a network utility for people who run their own proxy infrastructure. It is a client, not a service. We operate no servers and sell no access.

You already have a configuration — a subscription address from a panel you use, a share link someone sent, or a file for a server you run yourself. Paste it. Tunelly connects to those servers and carries traffic through them.

The tunnel runs in its own process. Close the app and the connection stays up. A Control Centre switch, a Home Screen widget and a Lock Screen activity start and stop the same session.

A subscription arrives the way the operator wrote it: balanced server groups and the traffic split that keeps local banking and government sites off a foreign exit. Your own choices sit in front of theirs. Russian services and the network this phone is on can skip the tunnel, because those destinations refuse a foreign address or only exist here.

Nothing is collected. Configurations stay on the device, in the keychain. There is no account and no sign-up.

What it reads
• Share links the engine can carry: VLESS, Hysteria2, WireGuard, AmneziaWG
• Subscriptions: plain lists, base64, sing-box JSON and Xray JSON
• Sealed subscriptions, so subscribers cannot copy a server address
• An operator's notice, traffic split and server groups, kept as issued

What it does
• Holds the connection on mobile data
• Reuses warm connections so a page does not pay a handshake per request
• Measures a server by using it, not by pinging its address
• Says why a connection failed
• Shares a diagnostics log from Settings when something fails, and only then
