## What is TuneRoulette?

TuneRoulette exists for exactly one thing: meeting music you've never heard.

One tap deals you a music video from one of 336 genres — pansori (Korean narrative song), joik (Sami vocal tradition), gnawa (Moroccan trance music), dangdut, cumbia. The sounds streaming algorithms never surface, from every corner of the world.

- Into the unknown: every third card comes from a genre you've never encountered.
- Teach it your taste: swipe right for "more like this", left for "not for me". An adventure slider tunes how wild the picks get.
- Your kind of thing?: a mode that starts from your saved songs and deals genres from neighboring regions and traditions.
- Pick genres: check the styles you want to dig into — the app still favors genres you haven't met yet.
- Every genre tells a story: each genre comes with a short column about where it comes from.
- Privacy: no account, no tracking, no ads. Your taste data never leaves your device.

Videos play in the official YouTube player.
