## What is TuneSheet?

TuneSheet is a personal catalog for your tunes — whatever trad or folk music you're learning and playing.

Add tunes one at a time or paste in a whole list at once. Organize them into lists, tag them however makes sense to you, and attach notes, links, and audio recordings. When you want to revisit something, search or filter by tag. When you can't decide what to play, shake your phone and let the app pick for you.

Features:
• Add tunes individually or in bulk
• Record yourself directly in the app and play back later
• Slow down recordings to 75% or 50% speed to learn at your own pace
• Shake your phone to get a random tune — super fun for jam roulette
• Organize with custom lists and tags
• Attach notes and web links to each tune
• Full offline support — works at Clifftop
• Share recordings as audio files
• Search and filter your tune collection instantly
• Share individual tunes, lists, or your entire collection via a public link
• Syncs across devices

TuneSheet requires an account. Sign-up is invite-only during early access.

I love having a one stop location for all my tunes and I’m a big fan of the tune roulette feature. The slow downer is a nice touch too.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.8.0 — 2026-06-19

So many quality of life updates and bug fixes. The most noticeable will be that adding recordings is mega-simplified and recordings and tune editing auto save — no more lost recordings or tunes. You can now also set up a username and bio under app settings. This is currently unused but will power an upcoming feature letting you share your lists publicly via a link, rather than one at a time.

### 1.7.1 — 2026-05-13

This version adds full offline support, recording looping, more intuitive tune creation and now you can tap the dice to get new tunes instead of always shaking the dang phone. More under the radar bug fixes and UX enhancements as well.

### 1.0 — 2026-04-16

No release notes.
