## What is Tunnel Fear?

TunnelEase is focused support for tunnels. Build a gradual safety-aware step ladder, record anxious predictions, practise voluntarily, and compare the prediction with what actually happened.

Open the 90-second grounding pause when anxiety is high. Three daily moments support morning planning, one daytime practice and an evening reflection. Courage points reward showing up, not forcing anxiety to disappear.

2. Watch a short tunnel video
3. Walk near a wide pedestrian underpass entrance
4. Cross a short public underpass with support
