Need to add a way to rate delivery drivers and the orders. 9 out of 10 delivery drivers can’t find the address even with detailed directions in my account.
Have also had several lazy drivers that call to have me come out to their car to get my food instead of them bringing it to my door.
👎🏼Have had the worst food and 99% of the time they get my order wrong from Buffalo Wild Wings. 👎🏼 But there’s no way to report it that I can see

There is no pay with cash option and you are charged extra for paying with a debit/credit card. Also, the option for a coupon code is a joke. Been using T2G for years and they do not give coupons.

Delivery time is unacceptable.  If it says 1 hour it’s gonna take 1 1/2 hour.  For  18 percent tip min.  AND 3.99 service charges, this is ridiculous.  I paid 10.00 dollars for a 15.00 dollar meal that was not delivered on time.  Never again!

Use the app anytime I travel to Tupelo for work. Always seems to work great! Interface is a bit old and clunky looking but overall works quite well.
