Boooo *2022-04-20, version 9.0.7* I’ve never heard of someone discontinuing their rewards program. Changing it maybe. But discontinuing it and it use have to use all your rewards within 45 days. After painfully logging in through my google account and selecting items to order, I was asked to log in again. When I accidentally hit the home button at this point when I returned to the make an order, the cart had been cleared. Terrible UX. Kitchen was backed up and our food was either room temp or cold. We are our meals due to hunger from waiting just over an hour for our food. The food tasted okay, but I’m sure would have tasted better hot. The Franklin one was a mess. The bar was wet and nasty and she went to lay the menus down and we were like um can you wipe this down then she was like ugh I’ll have to come around and we were like yes ok then do. Then we ordered fried okra and 30 minutes later they brought it and we were like we don’t even want it now aren’t our entrees coming soon? She was like yes. The whole attitude was just annoying. Had to share the Tupelo Honey half bird we always get which was perfect — except couldn’t taste any honey! What happened? Loved their Milk Gravy, but they don’t offer Mashed Potatoes…wish they did. My Brussels were ‘Burned’…I couldn’t eat them. They used to be moist w/just a little char. What happened? Loved their homemade Biscuits, but they’ve stopped serving their delicious original Blueberry Jam. What happened? Tip: Forget to go…Dine in. We had the Avocado Benedict and the Avocado Bacon Melt and both were divine. They also have excellent hand crafted cocktails.
