Ads now run on a new ad provider, with a tracking permission prompt on first launch.

- Fixed a bug where a rewarded or interstitial ad could open to a black screen and stay stuck. Ads now play reliably, and if one ever fails to start, the game recovers on its own and still grants your reward.
- Game music and engine sound now pause while a full-screen ad is playing.
- Ads are refreshed when you return to the game, so a stale ad is never shown.
- Various stability improvements.
