Voy 3 días usando la app y los 3 días hice mi pedido con 1 hora de anticipación y siempre me sorprende que llega 2 horas tarde los 3 días

Nada mal, se nota que están mejorando el servicio.

Pésima administración. Hacen promociones y publicidad pero no mejoran nada. De 4 pedidos, 3 llegaron con 1h30 de retraso y el soporte responde cuando quiere. La app recién muestra al delivery cuando está a 3 cuadras y uno se queda con la duda de si llegará o no. Para colmo, en el último pedido me hicieron esperar casi 2 horas para cancelarlo sin motivo.

Aparte el soporte es pésimo. Nunca les falté el respeto, pero en el último pedido, después de 1h40, seguían diciéndome que “tratan de contactar al rider” para traerme mi pedido. Nunca había estado TAN DISGUSTADA con una app de delivery. Dejen de hacer tanta publicidad para un servicio tan mediocre. Hacen perder el tiempo a las personas y juegan con el hambre de la gente.
