It just keeps saying the request timed out. Was working great and I’ve tried resetting everything thing but I think the app itself is crashing. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t work properly *2022-11-01, version 2.6* Every time I open the app, I’ll go to a door that I know is unlocked and it says locked. Then wile I’m on the lock it will automatically lock the door even when I do not hit the button to lock it. The app is a little buggy and says it’s connected to Alexa but when I tell her to unlock the door she says “front door doesn’t support that.” I’m to sure what Alexa can do with the log but it would be great to be able to use her for these tasks since my Grammy is disable and can’t walk to well. ### 2/5 — Does what it needs to do (sort of) *2020-10-22, version 2.4.1* Like the title says it does what it’s supposed to do. But there is a lot with the app that doesn’t work. You aren’t able to send codes to a number or email like it says or unlock it from your phone or anything that the app says it can do. What you are able to do is generate a random code that the could be used 1, 2, or 3 times. With that being said, since you can’t send codes through the app like it’s supposed to you could just generate a code and text the code to the person yourself. The app would be a lot better if you were able to do what it’s supposed to do. ### 4/5 — Great App works great! *2020-07-28, version 2.3.6* Bought the lock and love it. App is super easy to use and understand. Now 4 *2020-01-17, version 2.3.4* At first I couldn’t see anything on the screen as far as texts I was entering to register, the reason was my iPhone was in dark mode and this app only works in light mode so make sure you fix that. After I troubleshoot the problem myself I finally was able to register and it has worked pretty decent. I have a small bar and I use it for all my employees to gain access to the space and the stock room. I am able to track who enters and what time. Clicked the forgot password link, followed the prompts, said I changed it successfully. But whenever I try to log in with the new credentials is gives me “password error”. Repeated the process a few times yet gives the same error. Going to have to re-register with my email now. Re registered with email, worked for a couple weeks, then last night it somehow logged me out. Now the app is straight broken won’t let me use my login credentials or re register with a different email. Tried reinstalling etc, nothing changed. Also would be nice if you could set temporary codes that are available for certain time and date instead of just number of uses similar to the eKeys but with the generated codes. As I don’t want to tell people to register for an app that won’t even allow you to? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Out of business! *2024-07-01* Don’t buy any product anymore. At first it was great and actually worked, but now I can’t access my app to function the lock for my home. Any email or call I try to make to the customer service team. It sends me a email back saying couldn’t be delivered and the phone number when called on the turbo lock app instantly goes to automated system saying this number is no longer in service.
