Last year, it would not allow me to customize the codes. It gave me 15 digit codes which is different for guest to remember. Now the app is not working at all. There is no tech support ### 1/5 — Is Turbolock out of business? *2024-03-09* This app has been saying “Network error” for several weeks now. Phone calls to the company are cut off as “user busy”. Attempts to email their support only gets an auto response saying they’ll get back to you in 72 hours. But no one ever does. Web site shows all products out of stock or with no “add to cart” button. Try to login to your account and you get some kind of weird page about access has been denied to their wordpress site. Can they not have the decency to at least make an announcement on their home page so that loyal customers like me at least know what’s going on and can now shop for a replacement smart door knob? I have an Airbnb and rely on this to support my guests. Apple, are you able to confirm if this app should even be downloadable anymore? ### 1/5 — Broken app - unable to register *2022-05-22, version 2.7.6* Downloaded app, but unable to complete registration. When I try with my phone number, I never receive the verification text. When I try with my email and open the hyperlink sent to me, I receive an error message. As app is broken, can’t give anything higher than 1 star.
