WHAT TURBOPROC DOES

TurboProc monitors a manufacturing procedure and automatically segments every step as it runs. While the operator works, the app compares each step against the optimal SOP, identifies variability, and surfaces the steps that are costing you throughput. When the session ends, you have a prioritized list of improvements with engineering rationale you can an act on today.

Everything is stored securely on your device. Video and analysis can be exported for operator training or executive reporting.
