## What is Turf Tempo?

Turf Tempo tells you when to reapply plant growth regulators (PGRs) — timed to the plant, not the calendar.

PGRs like trinexapac-ethyl, prohexadione-calcium, and paclobutrazol wear off on a schedule set by temperature, not by days. Turf Tempo tracks Growing Degree Days (GDD) from your local weather and shows you when suppression is fading — so you reapply on time, avoid rebound, and keep clippings and seedheads in check.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Most tools hand you a single number. Turf Tempo is honest about the science behind it:

This update refines the reapplication-interval controls and smooths out a few rough edges from the 2.0 launch.

• Finer interval tuning — the manual Shorten / Lengthen adjustment now moves in gentle, consistent 5% steps. Tap more than once to keep adjusting, and going down then back up always lands on the same number.

• More accurate dial-in — when you mark growth returning, your interval is now set closer to what you actually observed on your turf.

• Clearer property setup — choosing your grass species is now its own labeled step, and the screen scrolls to bring it into view so it's easy to find.

• Cleaner Spray Outlook card — simpler, more readable wording on the weekly forecast.
