A simple length x width x height should be enough. ### 4/5 — Changing the Preferred position makes the total games Zero *2025-07-23* In the Sports card (ratings for each game of the player) changing the preferred position makes the total games to “0” in it. This makes the player’s profile to loose their games count ### 5/5 — Great app *2024-04-02* Turf Town has helped me pick up a habit of playing badminton everyday. Look forward to having you play more with us. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No refund despite cancelling before 5 hrs *2026-06-01* They say the cut off time is 6 hrs but wont provide any support if you are cancelling due to a medical emergency. Tried to cancel 5 hrs before and no refund despite multiple requests. Dont recommend this to anyone. The 3.3 rating at app store is a warning that I should have seen coming. Worst experience despite having a record of 0 no shows. ### 1/5 — Fraud and cheating *2026-01-12* They clearly promised a full refund if the game did not happen and a half refund if it did. I cancelled well in advance and the game never happened, yet no refund was given. The help desk response is slow, unhelpful, and avoids giving the refund that was promised. Later the app shows as if there was no game at all, conveniently denying the earlier commitment. This is misleading and unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Bug *2024-07-29* Not able to move past “What sports do you play page”. Now again when I am trying to use it, its not allowing me to login without uploading a photo of mine. Payment page comes as a blank one when confirming through the app. Have to login everytime to book the slot. This is both on my phone and Xiaomi tab. ### 2/5 — Bugs, Issues, Theme and Pay & Join *2023-03-26* This App used to be one of my favourite before update… new update has lots of bug and very inaccessible .. * Every time you check in a game and return to home page you have to apply filter which doesn’t work properly * Pay & join make the players count slower, even if someone wants to join they have to wait until they get good number for the game to be sure or else they are looking for some other games which is also not possible * Hosts can simply kick out excess player at last min of game, when a player is committed to one game out of 3 and gets kicked at last min really doesn’t make sense and this feature is unnecessary * Theme - dark is great but some other fonts aren’t visible and it give the an uncomfortable accessing, **in short .. previous version was better and easily accessible** **Developer response:** Hi Arshadaahm, Thank you for your detailed feedback.
