## What is Turfangst?

Check in at mountain peaks, waterfalls, lighthouses and almost 50,000 other places across Norway. Turfangst turns every hike into a catch: find a place, plan your route, and check in when you get there. Free to use, and the map works without signal.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open the map and find a destination nearby, or where you are travelling.
2. Plan the route in the app.
3. Get there and check in. Check-ins are GPS-verified, so only real visits count.

19 TYPES OF PLACES
Peaks, viewpoints, waterfalls, lighthouses, cabins, caves, beaches, bridges, churches, museums, forts, ancient sites, memorials, sculptures, parks, amusement parks, dams, sights and town halls. More than half are summits, the rest is everything you drive past without knowing.

WORKS OFFLINE
The map and check-ins work without coverage, deep in the mountains and out on the coast. Check-ins sync when you are back online. With Pro you can also download whole map areas in advance.

POINTS, QUESTS AND LEADERBOARDS
Every visit earns points, and remote places earn more. Keep your streak going, complete the monthly quest, and compete with friends and the whole country on the leaderboards.

YOUR OWN STATS
See every place you have been, elevation gained, longest streak and the blank spots still left around you.

EXPLORE FIRST, SIGN UP LATER
Browse the map and look for destinations without an account. You only need one to check in.

TURFANGST PRO
Detailed stats, routes, offline maps, saved lists. You also support a small Norwegian project.

Turfangst Pro is an auto-renewing subscription.
• Monthly: billed monthly, renews automatically every month
• Yearly: billed yearly (7-day free trial), renews automatically every year
The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID on confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings.
