### 5/5 — Amazing app - amazing cameras

I’ve had my Turing system for over a year! Being able to send footage to anyone from the cloud is a fantastic feature. The AI is too notch and searching capability is unreal, cannot wait to see how they continue to grow this amazing product!

The app is insanely glitchy. Works 20% of the time. God forbid you need to download footage for any reason. 0/10 would not recommend.

There should be a way to turn off/on individual cameras from the phone app itself, with the click of a button. Right now you have to log into the site & do this, which is cumbersome & can take several minutes.

After the latest update, I have three separate people who cannot access a common NVR. All three of us lost contact at the exact same time, and just realized that there was an update two days ago. It must be app related, because the web client, and the desktop client still work.

Turing is at the top of their game. This app is fantastic and only gets better with every update. I highly recommend this to any customer and it proves to be a good application for businesses, homes, schools, large and small.

I had issues with constant “Two Way Audio Failure “ so I deleted the App and reloaded it.  Now it’s worse.

Now I can watch NVR camera views from a notice on my IPad Pro.  But I cannot see live views from my cameras now.

I’m not having fun with this app.

When I open app it tells me there is an update. When I hit the update it does nothing. Been going on for 2 weeks now.

Annoying that you can’t change the sound of the push notifications when alerts go off.

Interface is clean but scrubbing through playback footage is difficult

The app delays push notifications if you get multiple triggers within 10 seconds of each other and not all triggers seem to set off push notificstions 

Annoying that “auto play” of footage only occurs if you have an upgraded license per camera

This app and the Turing website couldn’t be more confusing if they tried. Not the slightest bit user friendly. Stop with the constant updates and make this something the average person could use. I should not have to call my installer every time I want to change something. Unfortunately I’ve got too much invested to switch.
