## What is Türk Yurdu?

Türk Yurdu, Türk Yurdu Cemiyetinin fikirlerini yaymak üzere 30 Kasım 1911'de İstanbul'da yayım hayatına başlamıştır. Türk Yurdu Cemiyetinin kapanması üzerine Türk Ocaklarının yayın organına dönüşen ve yayımını günümüze kadar kesintilerle sürdüren Türk Yurdu, yerel süreli yayındır. Şubat 1987 - Mart 1989 arasında Türk Ocakları İstanbul Şubesi tarafından İstanbul'da çıkarılmış, Kasım 1989’dan itibaren Ankara'da çıkarılmaya başlanmıştır. Mayıs 1996-Ekim 2013 yıllarında Prof. Dr. M. Çağatay Özdemir’in yürüttüğü Türk Yurdu Genel Yayın Müdürlüğünü, Kasım 2013’ten sonra Dr. Fahri Atasoy devralmıştır. Temmuz 1997'de yayımlanan 480. sayısından itibaren de hakemli dergidir. Türk Yurdu, yayım hayatına hâlen kuruluş ilkeleriyle devam etmektedir.

Temmuz ayından sonra dergilerin sayıları uzunca bir süre yüklenmedi ancak şu anda bütün sayılar sorunsuz biçimde yükleniyor, uygulama çok güzel olmakla beraber telefondan okumayı kolaylaştırmak için ekran geçişlerinde iki sayfa yerine tek sayfa yüklenirse daha kullanışlı hale gelebileceğini düşünüyorum.

Her şey çok iyi hazırlanmış. Emeği geçip bu güzel hizmeti bize sunanlara teşekkür ederim. Lâkin ay sonu yaklaştı yeni sayının online dökümü hâlâ yüklenmedi. Buna bir çare bulunmasını temenni ediyorum. Matbû sayı ile eş zamanlı yüklenirse harika olur. TTK!
