Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I have been trying for two days to complete the digital identity verification by uploading my documents, but the application keeps returning Error, Error, Error every time. I paid for the service in advance, yet I still can’t activate the line or use the eSIM I purchased. This situation is very frustrating, especially because I need the SIM card immediately upon arrival. I expected a smoother activation process and better support for international customers. Please fix this issue and improve the digital verification system. What is the benefit of buying an eSIM online if it cannot be activated and users are left stuck with errors? Passport scans adress where you will be staying etc. They make you pay upfront but you will have to locate a Turkcell shop manually. Depending in which city you arrived there are too few near you. Also you have to have made the contract and payment before arriving in the country because the service says „it will take up to 90+ days to activate“. All in all it took me 2 hours and I will not proceed to hand them every information about me. Name adress payment details and how long and how much gb i would like to use should suffice.
