Your payment portal was not operational. Your booking office needed to transfer me to domestic flights. They would not take a payment over the phone. Your 3d verification failed over 11 times. On my P C your digital content did not load. On the iPad your digital id failed. Customer service was not helpful and did not understand that the issue was a technical issue. It was eventually resolved after several phone calls. We have to race, or get logged out, and have to start again. Even though there is never any inactivity. It won’t accept basic information, even though we know it’s correct. And it’s impossible not to incur extra charges. ### 1/5 — Question how this app has good reviews… *2026-08-13* Booked flights with Turkish, with the intention of using them again over a number of flights and using their rewards system. However they didn’t add my flights to my wallet and don’t give you the info you need to add each individual flight to their system (you can’t add a booking, each flight need adding individually…yawn). The app is also slow and looks dated. Finally, the airplanes them selves are literally the same as Ryanair but with a different colour scheme and a entertainment system with a non responsive touch screen, so the person behind you is tapping on your head all flight. The BA app has much lower reviews but actually gives a better experience. Go figure.
