Interestingly, if you attempt to pay to remove them again, you receive a popup saying you already purchased the feature. Marked down the rating due to the misleading purchase behavior. Update: Going up to 5/5 for the dev support in fixing ads! **Developer response:** Hello! I haven't thought about this app in years and I'm pretty disappointed to hear that for whatever reason the remove ads button doesn't do what it's supposed to.
