## What is Turnabee?

Share plans with anyone. They don't need the app.

Turnabee is a shared calendar for the people in your life: family, your partner, a sitter or carer, your team at work, friends you travel with. What you plan shows up in the calendar they already use on their phone (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and more). They subscribe once. No app, no account.

■ What makes it different
Most shared calendars only work when everyone installs the same app and makes an account. With Turnabee, only you use the app. On their side, plans simply appear in the calendar they already check every day, and they never pay.

■ Who it is for
・Family: the school notice, who does pickup, what is due when
・Your partner: dinners, trips, who handles what
・Caring for parents: check-ups, medicine and bills, shared with siblings and carers
・Work teams: meetings, shoots and deadlines, each in the right person's calendar
・A sitter: what to bring today, when the medicine is due
・Friends travelling together: when to meet, who brings what

■ What you can do
・Easy to use: tabs along the bottom switch in an instant, and pages slide in from the right
・Board: see today, tomorrow and this week at a glance, and tick things off when done
・Repeating tasks: trash night every week, a new filter every three months; the next one is scheduled when you tick it off
・Events: classes, dinners, appointments, with clear dates and times
・Find a time: Turnabee suggests a time when everyone is free
・Stickers: spot plans at a glance; they show up in their calendar too
・Group calendar: month, week and day views; tap a day to add, drag to move. Just right for a shared iPad
・AI reads notices: snap a notice or paste some text, get a list of tasks, and give each one to the right person
・Forward emails automatically: set a rule once in your email, and school or work emails turn into plans on their own
・AI assistant connection: connect your own ChatGPT, Claude or Grok Bot (in its app or on its website) and check, add and change plans just by asking. With Grok Bot you can also set up automatic reports, like a daily rundown of your plans. Turnabee has no built-in chatbot; it works with the assistant you already use
・Notifications: know right away when something is overdue or someone reports it done
・Widgets: today, tomorrow, this week, a week view and the group calendar on your Home Screen (the group calendar can show several groups at once); today's count, the next plan and tomorrow on your Lock Screen. The AI assistant can go on your Lock Screen too, or touch and hold the app icon to jump straight in
・Keep it secret: hide a surprise party from the person it's for, or show them just "Busy"
・Birthdays: a reminder 3 weeks ahead, with a time everyone is free already picked
・Helpers: someone else can manage the same group with you

■ Plans
The free plan never expires. It is not a trial. Subscribe in the app when you need more people or more groups. The people you plan for never pay.
Subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account's Subscriptions settings.

■ Privacy
The people you plan for never give us any personal information, and they never see ads.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.6 — 2026-11-04

・Week widget: this week's seven days in a row. Tap a day to list its plans. Plans from all your groups appear together, each group in its own color.
・The group calendar widget can show "All groups" or several groups at once. Tap a day to open "This day", with every plan from those groups on that day.
・iPhone Lock Screen widgets: see how many things are on today, how many are done, how long until the next one, and what's on tomorrow, without unlocking.
・Tapping a widget opens that page directly, and one tap on Back takes you to the Board or Calendar.
・Tap a plan on the Board or Calendar to see its details first. Tap Edit to change it.
・Notifications that arrive while the app is open now disappear from the bottom of the screen on their own.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-11-03

Turnabee is now a shared calendar: share plans with anyone – family, a carer, your team. They don't need the app.

・Easier first steps: the tab bar is there as soon as you sign in, and the setup screens are shorter.
・Signing out or deleting your account from the Me tab now takes you back to the start screen.
・Security improvements.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-10-31

All-new design – faster and easier to use!
・A tab bar along the bottom (Board, Calendar, +, People, Me) switches in an instant.
・Pages slide in from the right; swipe right to go back.
・The app opens straight to your last board – no blank screen, no spinner.
・The + in the middle slides up a card: type it yourself, read a notice with AI, or add several.
・A tidy new Me tab: plan, notifications, AI assistant connection, signed-in devices and language each have their own row. Rating and telling a friend are here too.

More improvements:
・The calendar's week and day views now show the whole day (0–24).
・Calendar widget: switching month and week, and changing months, is faster and no longer flickers.
・Plans your family changes or that come in by forwarded email now update your Home Screen widgets too (iOS 26 or later).

New:
・AI assistant connection: connect your own ChatGPT, Claude or Grok Bot and check, add and change plans just by asking (Me > AI assistant connection).
・Forward emails automatically: set a rule once in your email, and school emails land on the calendar on their own (Gmail, Outlook and iCloud).

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-24

• Forward emails to add plans: forward school or class emails to your group's own address (in Group settings), and the AI adds them to the calendar.
• Holidays on the calendar widget and the group calendar, with days off in red.
• Plans for "Everyone" added with AI or "Add several" now show on the group calendar.
• Other small improvements.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-23

- Home Screen widgets now update right away when family members add, change or remove plans (iOS 26 or later).
- Get a notification when plans are added, changed or removed. Tap it to go straight to that plan.
- Minor fixes.
