When I called to inquire, I basically hit a wall after being transferred to multiple “different” departments and numbers. The settlement(s) amount plus monthly and negotiation fees usually equate to the enrolled debt or more. This program does not provide any help to get out of debt, it simply collects money on debt already owed. This program is the definition of taking advantage of one’s financial hardships. **Developer response:** This is not the standard we strive for.
