When I called to inquire, I basically hit a wall after being transferred to multiple “different” departments and numbers. The settlement(s) amount plus monthly and negotiation fees usually equate to the enrolled debt or more. This program does not provide any help to get out of debt, it simply collects money on debt already owed. This program is the definition of taking advantage of one’s financial hardships. **Developer response:** This is not the standard we strive for. Please give our Customer Service department a call at 800-674-1504 so we can assist you. ### 1/5 — Authorition *2026-04-15* I have been contacted a dozen times to authorize this settlement. Each time I said authorize and yet I continue to get multiple calls and texts asking for authorization. Thank you for the feedback! ### 1/5 — App just not work after upgrade *2026-04-09* I upgraded the app and now it does not work. I can sign in, but I get an error message at the dashboard and nothing else cannot use it at all needs to be fixed as soon as possible so I can keep up with the information I need **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for the feedback, please reach out to Member Services to inquire further into any dashboard issues with your account. ### 1/5 — Does Not Work *2025-11-02* It worked for a month and then quit working. I asked for help and the advice they gave me didn't work, tried for 2 months and finally gave up. I have no way to see my accounts, wish they would fix it. It asks for my phone number to verify but the security text will not come through. **Developer response:** Hi manunch! Thank you for the feedback and trying our app! If you are experiencing dashboard issues as well, please reach out to member services for a reset, which may fix app issues as well! ### 1/5 — Absolutely horrible *2025-05-18* App does not work at all. Can login sort of. However it immediately goes to an error message. Dashboard does not display. App does not allow you to view anything related to your program. It’s a complete waste. Fix this. If I could give this app negative stars it’d be -5. After reply from developer. I did as advised even though I already knew it would not correct the issue. App is still unresponsive, does not load client dashboard, cannot access any features, deleting and reinstalling does not fix or help. -6 stars **Developer response:** Hi Nhojrekot!
