## What is Turncoat?

Who can you trust?

Turncoat is a social deduction party game. Gather 4-22 players, and let the game secretly assign roles — most of you are Faithful, but hidden among you are Traitors working to sabotage the group.

HOW IT WORKS

Every round follows four phases:

HEIST — A team is selected to complete a mission. Choose your risk level and play a mini-game to earn points. Score enough and the team passes. Fail, and suspicion grows.

DISCUSSION — Talk face-to-face. Who's acting suspicious? Who can you trust? You have 2 minutes to make your case.

BANISHMENT — Vote to banish who you think is a Traitor. The group decides together. Choose wisely — banish a Faithful player and you lose a valuable ally.

NIGHT — The Traitors strike in secret. They can murder a Faithful player, steal a shield, or even recruit someone to join their side.

WHO WINS?

When only 3 players remain, the Endgame triggers. Vote unanimously to end the game — if no Traitors remain, the Faithful win. If even one Traitor survives, the Traitors win.
