## What is Turner?

Read it, hear it, keep your place.

Turner is a beautifully focused EPUB reader with serious text-to-speech built in. Import your own books, tap Play and let your iPhone or iPad read on while you commute, cook, walk, rest or simply give your eyes a break.

TEXT-TO-SPEECH MADE FOR BOOKS
• Choose from the system voices available on your device, organized by language
• Preview voices and set your preferred speaking rate
• Adjust narration and soundscape volume independently
• Move backward or forward by paragraph
• Restart the current chapter or continue into the next
• Follow book progress and see an approximate time remaining
• Keep listening in the background and control playback from the Lock Screen
• Set a timer for 5 to 120 minutes, or stop at the end of the chapter

ADD A SOUNDSCAPE
Pair narration with one of eight optional soundscapes: rain, waves, forest, fireplace, river, wind, café or night. Mix it quietly beneath the voice, or turn it off for pure narration.

READ YOUR WAY

BRING YOUR OWN LIBRARY
Import one EPUB or many from Files, download an EPUB from a direct link, or browse Calibre and other OPDS catalogs. Search your library by title or author and sort it by recent activity, date added, title or author.

TRACK THE WAY YOU READ
See reading and listening time separately for today, the last seven days and all time. Track books started and finished, add your own star ratings, and keep a dedicated DNF shelf with optional notes.

YOUR BOOKS STAY YOURS
No Turner account is required. Your imported book files, reading positions, highlights, ratings and reading history are stored on your device. Network requests are made only when you choose to import from a link or connect to an OPDS catalog, alongside the services needed for ads and purchases.

Turner includes its reading and text-to-speech features in the free app. The free experience is supported by ads; Turner Pro removes them.

Turner does not include or sell ebooks. Import DRM-free EPUB files that you own or have permission to use.
