However, it has been completely useless for our specific cleaning needs. We have been trying to find resources and reach out to their team for weeks—even months—and have received absolutely no response. A brilliant app means nothing if the service doesn't work for your needs and support is non-existent. 10/10 for the tech, 0/10 for utility. ### 5/5 — Yaz is amazing! *2026-07-13, version v1.43.10* I ran into some technical app issues and Yaz came through to the rescue. I needed to work with Turno to process a refund for the payment. I reached out on two occasions - first to start the process with Faye and then once more to close it out once the payment was processed - working then with Emma. Both Faye and Emma were great! They were real humans, for one (not AI) and they took care of everything very efficiently and in a friendly way. You don’t see customer service like this very often - it was very refreshing. The app itself offers very limited functionality; most actions appear to require switching to the website instead of being handled within the application. Customer support is also a significant issue. There is no readily available live assistance. Users must submit a question and then wait an undefined amount of time for a response, which feels unstructured and unreliable. The support system gives the impression that responses are handled intermittently. The checklist and photos are helpful for me to know what’s happening and what’s needed with the Property. Every time I have a question the help chat is amazing! Ally was so helpful and made me feel at ease when I didn’t understand something. She was able to fix everything for me and help me understand anything I needed to know. ### 5/5 — Useful app for hosts *2026-06-13, version v1.43.1* The app is a great means to track cleaning projects, which is what I use it for, but can also be used for tracking other projects such as maintenance. The app and website are both user friendly, the app supports other websites; so I have mine linked to Airbnb and my projects get automatically created. The support feature is another great asset; the AI bot can help with most issues but you are quickly connected to a human assistant for more thorough help. I had difficulty in scheduling long term repeating projects an my asssistant, Marshall was able to put it all together for me in a matter of minutes. Signing up is a joke and depending on how many properties you have it’s a 100 dollars per one. Just for the app to never update or work. This app brings no value and makes my life a living hell. ### 1/5 — Payment doesn’t work on app , cleaning person is not seeing jobs, they are disappearing from her app *2026-05-28, version v1.43.0* My cleaning person is not getting enough notification for jobs that are upcoming . She has missed about five jobs because of it.. Then they disappear the day after and she can’t see that she missed it. Also, I cannot pay her from the app only from the web-based site ### 1/5 — Turno Allows Actual Fruad *2026-04-02, version v1.42.15* Allowed a cleaner to start and stop a clean after one minute to force payment and to steal from me then Turno removed her from my team so I couldn’t speak with her about missing items and they basically just told me too bad even though they facilitated the whole thing. So much for a “Cleaner Guarantee” beware. ### 1/5 — No accountability *2026-02-09, version v1.42.8* I have been using this app for many years and have gone through countless cleaners. They start off great but then they start subbing out the work. Letting random unvetted people in your home. They don’t pay them well and they take no pride in their work. I’ve had my Airbnb account suspended due to repeated cleaning complaints. We switch and have the same problem. Turno needs to stop this. When someone is hired any extra team members should also be vetted. I’ve had things stolen, a neighbor reported them using the condo when our calander shows no guests. Had one crazy cleaner threaten me physically when they were fired for getting us suspended. This app has crashed 20x, has not synced properly, and caused me to miss a cleaning all within 48 hours of downloading it. Customer service is fast to respond…..but severely incompetent. Very clumsy interface. I do not want my projects automatically visible. But if you link a calendar you better be prepared to go and correct whatever project got made on Turno when a booking happens.
