We are very sorry you have had a bad experience with the app. We are trying to improve it in a daily basis. As you may know there are many revenue models within the apps and we have decided to use the freemium model (free to download with locked content). We have never implied anything other than that. Even if you look at the app store page, it says that the app contains In App Purchases and it shows a price for each one of them. On the other hand, if you are not happy with the product we can always process a refund. Please email us to contact@etips.com and we can work it from there. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience that this might have caused you. ### 1/5 — Awful app *2018-09-27* Purchased the app before going on holiday, maps were useless, did not have anything more than just the mains roads of largest cities. Then an update appeared, which I thought will bring some improvement. However, it turned out that it denied access to the maps and information I had already purchased and asked me to pay extra to access the information I previously had purchased. **Developer response:** Hello, Thank you for reaching out, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. All refund are process by Apple, please follow the next instructions: *Launch App Store. *Click on App Store. *Login to your iTunes account, if you're already logged in click on your email in the upper right corner of App Store. *Click on “Purchase History” *Select the app that you want a refund for. *Click on “Report a Problem” Thank you ### 1/5 — I want my money back *2017-01-26* Besides being completely non-user friendly, it isn't helpful at all. You can't zoom into the maps. How does this help you get around? It doesn't map one location to the next. No itinerary - that I can find. What is this app useful for? A little bit of information, but other apps give you that plus more. No wonder there are no other reviews. This could be great, but it seems like it was a waste of time for this company...and a waste of my money. ### 1/5 — Mr *2016-02-10* This App is rubbish. Its all about selling you maps, etc. nothing free as implied. Nothing works unless you spend money. I'm surprised Apple let this one through. Can't download maps, can't access app. The person who designed this should be shot. ### 2/5 — Not at all what I thought *2014-08-29* The guide is good in terms of information on buildings and history of the areas. However, the maps are awful. They are small and virtually illegible with the zoom blocked so that you can’t even clearly read streets. No landmarks are highlighted so you really have to guess or be an architect who knows the floor plans of these monuments in order to find their outlines. No information given on restaurants or shopping areas. No practical information given on hospitals or resources for an emergency (we had a flat tire : impossible to find a mechanic).
