## What is TUSCoach?

TUSCoach; Dünyanın en zor sınavlarından birisi olarak kabul edilen Tıpta Uzmanlık Sınavına hazırlanan siz değerli meslektaşlarımın belirli bir sistem dahilinde çalışmasına yardımcı olmak için tarafımdan geliştirildi. Çalışma sistemi, beynimizin kalıcı hafızasının oluşabilmesi için gerekli olan tekrar süreçlerinin optimum sürelerde gerçekleşmesi esasına göre hazırlandı. 
Bir bilginin kalıcı hafızaya depolanabilmesi ve sonrasında ise istenildiği anda zorlanmadan geri çağrılabilmesi için ilk dört tekrar sayısı çok önemlidir. 
Gelişi güzel yapılan tekrarların öğrenim sürecini kolaylaştırmaktan çok, zaman içerisinde olumsuz sonuçlara neden olabileceği bilinmektedir. Söz gelimi bir dersi bir kez çalıştıktan sonra ilk olarak 2-3 ay sonrasında tekrar etmeye çalıştığınızda belli belirsiz birçok noktayı hatırlamakta zorlandığınızı farkedersiniz. Sınavlardaki başarınız istediğiniz gibi ilerlemez. Bu durum sizde yetersizlik hissi ortaya çıkartır. Bu his motivasyonunuzu düşürür. Sonuçta önlenmesi oldukça zor olan negatif bir kısır döngü içerisinde döner durursunuz. 
Bir bilginin kalıcı hafızaya depolanabilmesi için o bilginin öğrenildikten sonra aynı gün içerisinde, bir gün sonra, bir hafta sonra, bir ay sonra ve üç ay sonra tekrar edilmesi gerektiği gösterilmiştir. TUS gibi zorlu bir süreçte bu tekrar sürelerini ayarlamak zor gibi görünmekle birlikte oluşturduğum algoritma sayesinde gerektiği kadar tekrar yapılabilmektedir.

Bu çalışma sisteminde hangi dersten sonra hangi dersin geleceğinden çok belirlenen derslerin uygun süreler sonrasında tekrar edilmesi önemlidir. PROGRAM KİŞİYE ÖZELDİR!!! Söz gelimi patoloji dersini çalışmaktan hoşlanmayan bir kişi ( hele de kolay pes etme eğilimi olan bir kişiyse ) programa patolojiyle başlarsa bu çalışma sürecini zorlaştırabilir. Bu durumdaki bir kişi  genel cerrahi, kadın doğum, dahiliye gibi branşları çalıştıktan sonra patoloji branşını çalışmaya başlarsa zorlandığı branşın kendisini aslında çokta zorlamadığını farkedecektir.
