## What is tut Charge?

tut Charge is the simple way to charge your electric car on the tut network.

FIND A CHARGER
• See tut stations on a map, centred on where you are when you allow location.
• Filter by fast charging, connector type or the ports that fit your car.
• Open a station to see its chargers, each port's power and its price per kWh before you plug in.

START IN SECONDS
• Tap a port in the app, scan the QR code on the charger, or type the port code.
• Choose when to stop: at a battery level, an amount of energy or a budget.

FOLLOW YOUR CHARGE LIVE
• Watch power, energy, cost and time left update while you charge.
• Stop from your phone whenever you like.

PAY YOUR WAY
• Add a card on the payment processor's secure page; the app never sees your card number.
• Keep a charging balance in your wallet and top it up. It is spent only on charging at tut chargers.
• Every charge ends with an itemised receipt, and monthly statements are in Wallet as PDFs.

SIGN IN SIMPLY
• Sign in with your mobile number, or with Apple or Google. Every account confirms a mobile number, so your charges and receipts stay yours.

HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT
• Message the tut care team from the app, report a problem with a charger, and follow your case.

Made for Arabic and English, in light and dark mode.
