I try again later and it still won’t let me. ### 1/5 — One question help only?! *2020-10-08, version 2.1.2* My daughter downloaded this app for help with math and the tutor said” she was only allowed to help with one problem” DONE. ### 1/5 — Here’s what NEEDS to change: *2020-04-04, version 2.1.2* -lack of voice chat capabilities -UNBEARABLE amount of app crashes -no color pen changing option for students -no changing size of pen ink -Pen frequently draws lines that aren’t necessary. AKA the pen AND your hand can draw a line at the same time. -outdated look to the app -glitches when you rotate the screen -when you click the button sometimes it doesn’t bring you to the second screen, the button just freezes -sometimes when you are waiting, even if a tutor becomes available, it still keeps you waiting so you have to relog back in -tutors LOVE to waste your time ### 2/5 — Good in theory *2019-11-11, version 2.1.2* It will not allow me to type responses to my tutors. The website doesn’t support iPad’s either, so I’m basically out of luck for assistance while I only have an iPad. I hope they fix this big issue! ### 2/5 — Very frustrating glitches that ruin practice tests *2017-08-15, version 2.1.1* The online version of this program is amazing, however this app has some sort of glitch that happens every time I attempt to take a practice quiz and it sends me to the App Store, and even when I click back to the tutor app it will continue to send me to the App Store until I close the tutor app completely and start over. But when I went to go back to see my previous session, it said I didn't have any previous session. Please fix that problem. On previous tries, the audio function wouldn’t work so you could only chat, which is super difficult when you’re already working with a small screen. Now it just circles back to the “connect with tutor” screen when you enter the info and hit submit. Tutor.com is only good if you can access an actual computer. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2023-09-03, version 3.0.3* It crashes A LOT. For some reason when I type in my topic , subject, question then go click submit . It takes me right back to the same screen . I can’t connect with a tutor . I tried my iPad, phone and it doesn’t work . However , when the app does work it’s great ! It’s available 24/7. ### 1/5 — Not a Mobile App *2022-10-07, version 3.0.3* I downloaded this thinking it would be a simpler way to get help, other than pulling out my computer every time. The subject selection screen is ok, but when you start the request and wait for a tutor, the UI looks like I am viewing the app in a web browser. (Jk) honestly though, the tutors work with you as long as you need and even provide visual aid.
